Lack of Availability
While I do enjoy your product, I am increasingly unimpressed by the lack of availability. Including my most recent order, the type/quantity of the gels I use has been rather limited. Perhaps only 1-2 flavors available in any given category, and then only in the 30-count boxes rather than the six-count.
Waiting for more than 2 weeks has gone
More than 2 weeks has gone, and I have stil not recieved anything. Fedex can’t give a date for delivery.

Cannot rate the product as not yet received, the usual delays with “That” courier company. They might be cheap but why use a company that consistently fails to deliver orders on time.

I've waited almost three weeks for my…
I've waited almost three weeks for my order and have a tracking number that only works when it arrives in my country. I have zero visibility on where my order is and when I contact support I'm told “it's on it's way” or “you should receive it soon”.... Not impressed. If you could actually see where it was, maybe you could've linked me the tracking details you could see?
Disappointing delivery time
Disappointing delivery time. Item (apparently) wasn’t even dispatched until right at the end of the 3rd day.
Meaning the items weren’t received until day 5 after order.
Something has changed in-house - change it back.

I love the SiS products
I love the SiS products. I have brought the Go Electrolyte drinks powders. I do prefer the Blackcurrant flavour. Also brought some of there energy bars.
Currently I have the apple and blackberry bars.
Both drinks and bars taste good and seem to help hydrate and fuel my rides.
